Solutions for Clients
- Commercial & Hotel Housekeeping: Maintain guest rooms, public space, meeting rooms and lobby areas in a clean and sustainable manner as per the brand standards set by the hotel.
- Facility Maintenance: Perform preventative and routine repairs and maintenance as per instructions at designated office buildings, professional facilities and for non technical equipment.
- Commercial Janitorial: Maintains the cleanliness and hygiene of office buildings and other specific dwellings such as privately rented homes, private apartment complexes, event facilities and resort locations.
- Property Management: Manage specific business operations on behalf of the company or client. Responsibilities may include scheduling maintenance; investigating conflicts/complaints; expedient updates to owners/company regarding physical conditions of property. In general, ensure that property is very well managed both operationally and physically.
- Security Personnel: Ensure safety of individuals and property around the clock or for special events. Personal security services are not available.
- Receptionist: Performs excellent telephone and communication skills and Microsoft Office abilities. Continual focus on professionalism related to clients and/or customers. Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle daily pressures.
